The Recovery Organization of Coffee County (ROCC) represents the state wide Volunteer Organizations Active in Disaster. ROCC is sanctioned by and works with the Governor’s Office of Volunteer Services and is intended to be a network for your organization as well as other organizations that assist during disasters.
