The Coffee County Commission hired Kathy as the County Administrator in July 2007. Ms. Lolley has been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant by the Alabama State Board of Accountancy since 1982. Her experience has involved administration of an accounting practice in addition to quality control and audits of county and municipal governments. Prior to her working with Coffee County, she was the Vice President of Accounting with The Citizens Bank of Enterprise. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Alabama Association of County Administrators, and the Alabama City/County Management Association.
The County Administrator is responsible for carrying out the policies and directives of the Commission and for the development and oversight of the county’s annual budget. The Administrator serves as the liaison between the elected officials of the county and their respective departments. At times, the County Commissioners will direct the Administrator to complete special projects and assignments which do not fall within the responsibility of other County departments.
Kathy is married to Mike and they have two daughters, Beth and Michelle. She has been an active member of Hillcrest Baptist Church for the past forty years.

Ms. Patti Williams Culver has been employed by the Coffee County Commission since 1989. During her years of service, she has learned much about governmental and political procedures. Her position as Administrative Assistant involves a wide range of responsibilities which include attending the Commission meetings and recording and maintaining the official minutes. Ms. Culver is available to the County Commissioners and the Administrator to compose and maintain required correspondence. She serves as the central coordinator for the six senior centers located in the county. Her experience provides a valuable resource to all county departments and the general public.
Patti is married to Freddie and they have two teenage daughters, Latofia and Bria. She is an active member of Rocky Head Missionary Baptist Church in Elba, Alabama.

When it comes to the legal issues for Coffee County, Mr. Joe Cassady, Sr. has served officially as the County Attorney for the past five years. Mr. Cassady continuously offers sound legal advice and keep the Commission abreast of current issues and pending litigation.
Mr. Cassady is a graduate North Georgia College and the University of Alabama School of Law. He is a member of Coffee County and American Bar Associations, Alabama State Bar, Alabama Law Institute, American Judicature Society, Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, and American Board of Trial Advocates.
Mr. Cassady is married to Elizabeth with two children and wonderful grandchildren. The Cassadys attend First Baptist Church in Enterprise.
