Pay Solid Waste Bill

 Welcome to the Online Payment Portal.

Please note a couple of changes to the new online portal. 
  If your account was setup prior to Sept. 29, 2023, a new customer profile will need to be created. You must have your customer number and invoice number to make any payments or setup the customer profile. The customer number (account number) and invoice can be easily located on your Solid Waste Bill. The customer number (account number) is six (6) digits long (EX: 000111). The invoice number must include INV (EX: INV0000). If unable to locate your customer number (account number) and invoice number, please contact our office at (334) 894-6600.
