ORGANIZATION/VENDOR SPACES: There is NO FEE to reserve space; however, if you are selling a
product, we request that you offer a discounted price on one or more of your products for attendees of the Fair.
We also encourage each organization/vendor to donate one “raffle” item, which will be used as an hourly door
We would like a variety of public and private organizations/vendors that will provide emergency preparedness
information to the citizens in our community and surrounding area.
SET UP: Your organization/group is responsible for set-up and take down of your area. Electrical power is
available to a limited amount of spaces (outdoors), first come first served. Plenty of electrical power is available
for indoor displays. Single spaces are 10 X 10 but we can provide more if needed.
